The RDWorks v8 software, supplied with each machine is compatible with many operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and macOS. The LightBurn software, though not supplied, works with out machines, allowing you to control the laser.

The RDWork v8 system supports the following file formats: Vector graphics (dxf, ai, plt, dst, dsb) and Bitmaps (bmp, jpg, gif, png, mng).

Yes! Results can often be very impressive, particularly on wood in our experience. The software can import a wide range of file formats for your convenience.

There are no other purchases required after buying one of our machines.

Our machines come with the following resources and parts:

• RDWork v8 software
• User manual
• Water cooling system (everything included: distilled water, water pump and container)
• Fume extraction system and 1m of 150mm flexible pipe for venting
• Engraving head blower system and air pump
• All required cables and connections

Fitted with the Ruida RDC6442 controller (128Mb RAM), almost all of our machines support this controller. The exception is the RDL-3020 that uses the M2 controller.
