With years of industry experience, our in-house laser engineer is more than capable fixing any issue you might have, in addition to ensuring your machine is operating efficiently and safely. All of our products are manufactured and maintained to high standards to guarantee a powerful, reliable machine for your use.
Our laser engraving and cutting machine experts are more than happy to help out with repairs and servicing to keep your machine working at its best. Our first-class products are delivered for FREE to your doorstep for your convenience. Furthermore, we also provide FREE setup for your new machine in addition to on-site training. So when you are thinking about where to go for a new laser engraver or laser cutter, please consider us to fulfil your requirements and exceed expectations.
In addition to the standard 12 month UK-based warranty inclusion, we also supply engineers for on-site servicing in the UK for your convenience. This works with an initial call-out fee of £80 (excl. VAT), plus parts and labour. Our engineers charge just £50 per hour (excl. VAT). Note, there may also be sub charges for engineer mileage, depending on the location you provided (Delivery and on-site training not included for Northern Island, Highlands and Islands). Please find your draft website for review. We understand that you may wish to make some changes to your draft site. In order to help you get your new website live as soon as possible, we limit amends to two rounds where possible.
